Guruvayur
Morning drive to Guruvayur and on arrival, check in at the
hotel. Aptly known as the Dwarka of the south, the famous
temple of Guruvayur is dedicated to Lord Krishna. The temple
posted on a small hillock, has the simplest
architecture and is built in the style of local Kerala houses. There are many
legends attached to this temple Afternoon visit Sri Krishna Temple
(Guruvayurappan Temple) (Non Hindus not allowed in the sanctum of the
temple). Also visit the elephant camp at Punnathur Kotta where over forty
elephants are groomed trained.
Day 6:
Guruvayur

Munnar
Morning drive to Munnar, a popular hill station, 1600 m above
sea level, en-route visit Kalmandalam dance school training
in Kathakali dance drama and other indigenous performing
arts of Kerala like the Mohiniattam and Thullal.Upon
arrival in Munnar, check in at hotel. Afternoon visit to Tea Spice Plantation.
Among the exotic flora found in the forests and grasslands here is the Neela
Kurinji. This flower which bathes the hills in blue every twelve years, will
