Mandu
Morning, leave for a full-day sightseeing tour of Mandu. relive
the tragic tale of Baz Bahadur and Rupmati in the ruins of
Mandu.Baz Bahadur Palace: The 6th century palace is
situated on the slopes of a hill in the midst of
picturesque natural scenery with a wide courtyard and encircled by halls and
high terraces. Roopmati’s Pavilion: On the lofty crest of the hill to the south
beyond the place of Baz Bahadur stand the pavilions associated with the
romantic name of Roopmati. The Pavilion was originally built as an army
observation post. From its hill. Sultan Ghiyasud-din Khilji also built the
Hindola Mahal, or the Swinging Palace. It got this name from its sloping walls
which looked like the trestle supports of a swing. It was a great audience hall
of the King of Mandu. Spend the entire day exploring its several places of
historic significance and later in the evening, retire to the hotel for overnight
stay.

Indore
Today we take you to Indore, the next stopover in your
Madhya Pradesh tour plan. Morning drive to Indore while
stopping over at Omkareshwar and Maheshwar, the two
major temple towns en route to t ravel to Indore.
Omkareshwar i s a
popular pilgrimage center owing to its striking temples. Omkar Mandhata
Temple is very famous here. Maheshwar is another famous temple town
nestled along the banks of River Narmada in Madhya Pradesh. Transfer to
hotel on arrival for the night.
Day 12:
Indore

Bhopal
Post breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Bhopal.
Upon arrival, transfer to hotel for a brief rest and later,
proceed for a city sightseeing tour. Visit the famous multi-art
center Bharat Bhawan, Indira Gandhi Rashtriya
