Day 8:
-
Post breakfast in the morning proceed to Jaipur. - The pink
city of India. The capital of Rajasthan was given a colour coat
of pink, a century ago in the honour of a visiting Prince, ever
since it has retained the pink colour.
En-route visit Fatehpur - Sikri (40 kms. From Agra) - once the capital of
Mughal Empire and abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. Its
fortifications and Palaces are in a wonderful state of preservation. Upon
arrival at Jaipur check-in at Hotel. Evevning take a round of the city.
Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 9:
Post breakfast transfer to the old capital of the Rajput Kings
on the ouskirst of Jaipur, The Amber fort. Visit the fort in a
royal style, with an elephant ride. Watch the marvelous
palaces inside the fort palace as the history
unfolds before you. The intricate carvings and beautiful floral designs
mesmerize everyone.Later come back to the city to visit the city palace and
the observatory. Late evening time free to visit the beautiful jewellery and
pottery handicraft showrooms of the city. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 10:
-
Early morning post breakfast you shall be transferred to the
place from where you can take the Balloon Safari. This
unique experience lasts for 3 hours with nearly an hour in the
air. The trained pilots and fully insured trip gives
you a bird's eye view of the beautiful pink city.Later transfer back to Delhi.
Upon arrival check in at the hotel. Evening free to visit the local markets and
a drive to the India Gate, Parliament house and President's house. Overnight
stay at the hotel.
