Day 2:

Post breakfast drive to Agra( Approx. 5 hrs drive). On arrival
check-in into hotel. Later we shall take you for a city tour
covering -Taj Mahal – a poem written in white marble, the
most extravagant monument ever built for love,
Red Fort – a visit to the fort in ‘Agra’ is a must since so many of the events
which lead to the construction of the Taj took place here, Itmad-ud-Daula’s
Tomb – The tomb is of particular interest since many of its design elephants
overshadow the Taj. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3:
-
Post breakfast transfer to - the pink city of India. Enroute visit
the abandoned city built by Emperor Akbar, the Fatehpur
Sikri. Around 40 km from the main city of Agra stands the
ephemeral capital of Emperor Akbar, this city of
Victory is the amalgamation of many architectural styles. The Mosque and
especially the tomb of Salim Chisti hold a lot of importance. Proceed to Jaipur
the capital of Rajasthan was given a colour coat of pink, a century ago in the
honour of a visiting Prince, ever since it has retained the pink colour. Upon
arrival at Jaipur check-in at hotel. Later take a round about of the city driving
past the hawa Mahal and visit the local markets.Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4:
Post breakfast start for the full day s/s tour of the city. Visit
the actual capi tal of the rajputs, the Amer Fort The
magnificent fort was earlier the capital of the Rajputs till it was
shifted to the nearby Jaipur. Normally the
fort is climbed on an elephant back. The beautiful fort will mesmerize you with
its beautiful palaces and huge cenotaphs. Later visit the City Palace - where
the former Maharaja still resides in a part of it, but rest now serves as a
Museum. Also visit Jantar Mantar, an observatory built by a great astronomer
