mtrs.(8482 ft.). Return via Ghoom Monastery, one of the oldest Buddhist
Monastery where manuscripts written on birch bark are preserved. Enjoy Toy
Train Ride between Ghoom and Darjeeling (subject to operation).Afternoon
half day city tour visiting Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, This is one of
the premier school of mountaineering in the world and imparts mountain
climbing training to enthusiasts. Tibetan Refugee Self Help Centre was
established to rehabilitate displaced Tibetans who had followed his holiness
the Dalai Lama to India. The centre produces excellent carpets, woollen
goods, wood work, leather work etc.Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 6:

Morning proceed by road to Gangtok. Arrive and stay at
Hotel.Afternoon visit sacred Tsomgo Lake located at the
height of 12,000 ft. that legend says is the lake of Gods.
