Day 12:
-
After breakfast, drive to Paro.Check in at Hotel Olathang.We
will visit the ruins of Drugyel Dzong. On the way to Drugyel
Dzong, we will be passing through many local houses built in
traditional styles. You can also have the view
of famous Taktsang Monastery from the way to Drugyel Dzong. For lunch, we
will choose a restaurant in the town depending on your interest and choice of
meals. After lunch we will visit the National Museum or Ta Dzong (an ancient
watch tower), which has a fine collection of Thangkha paintings, weapons
and artifacts. After the visit to Ta Dzong we will take a short walk to Rimpung
Dzong, the administrative head quarter of Paro district. Dinner will be served
in one of the hotels in the town. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 13:
-
Transfer to Paro airport to connect flight for Delhi. Arrive
Delhi and immediate connect flight for onward destination.
