Day 7:
Today we take you on a small walk of Manali. Morning
transfer to old Manali village. Visit Manu temple and also view
some very old traditionally built houses in the village. Later
we walk from the village to Hadimba Devi Temple, an
old pagoda shaped wooden temple through a small forest. From Hadimba
Devi temple we walk through another village - Nasogi down to the Tibetan
Monastery located towards the end of Manali market. Afternoon a tour to
Naggar to visit the old Castle which is now renovated and is operated as a
hotel. Also visit the famous Roerich Art Gallery and few old temples in Naggar
village. Overnight at hotel.
Day 8:
Full day excursion visiting Kothi Gorge, Gulaba, Marhi,
Rohtang Pass (Upto Snow Line in case Rohtang is closed
due to snow fall) and Sollang Valley. Overnight at hotel.
Overnight at hotel.
Day 9:
-
Travel by surface from Manali to Shimla. On arrival check in
at hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 10:
Morning free. Afternoon half day city tour visiting Indian
Institute Of Advanced Studies, Sankat Mochan Temple and
Jakhu Temple, Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping
place of Shimla town - The Mall & The Ridge. Overnight
at hotel.
