Mokokchung
After breakfast drive to Mokokchung (115kms 6hrs drive).
This picturesque town is the cultural center of the Ao tribes.
The Ao Nagas are famous for their colourful dances.
Overnight at Tourist lodge, Ungama Vi l lage.
Day 10:
Mokokchung
Morning excursion to Mopungchukit or Chuchuyimlang village
to see Ao Naga. Overnight at Mokochung.

Wokha
After Breakfast drive to Wokha (80km 4hrs drive). Wokha
literally means census. There are villages on Hilltops, which
at once attract your attention. There are monoliths (Longzu)
erected by their rich ancestors to exhibit their
status. Lothas are known for their colourful dances and songs particularly
during the Shanta, Tokhu Emong and Pikhuchak which are their main
festivals. The former takes place on the 7 November every year. Opvuram
and Longpensu are the must buy treasured social shawls for women and
men, respectively. Overnight at Wokha.

Wokha

Tuphema
Drive to Tuphema village (60km, 4hrs) to attend the Sekrenyi
festival. Overnight Tourist Lodge, Tuphema.
