Morning city sightseeing of Chennai and proceed by surface
to Mahabalipuram. Arrive and check-in hotel.Overnight stay.
Day 7:
Full day tour of Mahabalipuram and Kanchipuram. The
former was the main port of Pallava dynasty & has exquisite
rock-cut monuments, monolithic structures. Kanchipuram is
famous for it's hand-woven cottons and Kanjivaram silk.
Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 8:
Full day relax on Covelong beach. Overnight stay.
Day 9:

Morning depart by surface to Pondicherry. Arrive and check-
in to hotel. Afternoon city sightseeing. Overnight stay.
Day 10:

Morning depart by surface to Trichy. Arrive and check-in to
hotel. Afternoon tour of Trichy visiting the ancient temples
dedicated to Lord Ganapati - 434 steps cut out into the rock
side and interspersed with shrines, lead to the
temple, yet another flight leads to the temple of Lord Shiva. The ascend is
climaxed by magnificent view of the sacred Kavery river. Visit Srirangam a
massive temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu, which contains within its walls a
